After clicking on the above link, please enter your name next to "Chat Name" and click enter.  This is the chat box and it allows you to communicate directly with your remote CART writer similar to "Instant Messaging".  Please note the screen settings listed across the top of the captioning screen.  Please feel free to adjust the Font Size, Font Type, and Background Colors to find a combination that you feel comfortable with.  I recommend going to "Themes" and clicking the dropdown menu and selecting "High Contrast".
