How to Make Reservations

NOTE: Guests are free to make reservations either through CEDIA Expo Housing or directly. For those of you who will be attending CEDIA Expo only, making reservations is a three step process. If all three steps are not completed by your assignment date listed on the welcome page, all rooms will be automatically released.

Step 1 - Block rooms. Be sure to log in on your date to reserve your company's rooms at a nearby hotel.
Step 2 - Reserve each room in someone's name
Step 3 - Select "Send reservations to CEDIA EXPO Housing" button

Complete all 3 steps by your assignment date. Rooms left without any assigned names will be automatically released after 24 hours. Complete all three steps by your assignment date or the rooms you block will automatically be cancelled.

Please note the deadline to make any changes, substitutions and cellations to your reservations through CEDIA Expo Housing is August 27, 2012:

There are No Fees for making changes to your hotel reservations until August 27. Beginning August 28, you will need to contact the hotel directly to make changes (any cancellation fees directly from the hotel may apply).
